ARPwner is a nice ARP poisoning and DNS poisoning tool released by a BlackHat USA Nicolas Trippar in 2012. This tool is used to perform DNS poisoning and ARP poisoning attack. This tool comes with simple GUI that makes it easy to use. It is developer on python and comes with source code. So you can also easily modify the code according to your need.
